     为了在紧张的工作中让员工释放工作压力，提高团队协作能力、增强团队凝聚力，2016年8月，耐贝西照明公司以部门为单位，陆续组织了拓展培训和旅游活动；8月15、16、17、20、21、22日，耐贝西装配车间、品质、仓库、行政、外销部门陆续安排员工前往阳西沙扒湾和厦门鼓浪屿旅游，通过休闲的旅游方式，让员工的工作压力得到释放，未来以更饱满的工作激情、更专业的服务态度投入到耐贝西照明的工作中去。
